Clean the Air 消除误会

In English, to settle the dispute and restore good relations, we say "clean the air"
For example:
1. We had a meeting with the workers, and I think we’ve cleared the air now.

 2. She thought I had fallen in love with Betty. Fortunately, we have cleared the air through our conversation afterwords.
